Pre-Season Action: Raiders vs. Blades

Prince Albert - After 6 days of training camp, the intrasquad game and two-a-day practices, the Saskatoon Blades finally hit the ice for their first pre-season action in a game against the Prince Albert Raiders Wednesday night. With Head Coach and General Manager Lorne Molleken watching from the stands in the Art Hauser Centre, the Blades iced a predominantly rookie line-up with only four veterans (Tyler Kizuik, Duncan Siemens, Brent Benson, and Dalton Thrower) from the 2009-10 team dressing for the contest.

Saskatoon, SK – The Saskatoon Blades first home exhibition game is this Friday, September 3 at the Martensville Arena! The Saskatoon Blades take on rival Prince Albert Raiders at 7:05 PM. These tickets are priced at $10 for adults and $5 for youth and are available at the door before the game.

Martensville, SK – An eventful weekend at the Martensville Arena came to an end this afternoon when Team Blue defeated Team White in the Intrasquad Game, 7 to 4.

Intrasquad Game Roster Released

The final roster has been released for the intrasquad game tomorrow. The game takes place at 1:00 PM in the Martensville Arena. Tickets are $2.00 for youth and $5.00 for adults. Come check out the battle between the 42 players who made their way to the final game in the 2010 Training Camp.

Day Three of Training Camp: A and B Final

August 28, 2010

Martensville, SK – The first glitch of the weekend occurred on day three of training camp, leading to a shortened game between Team Grey and Team White in the B Final. The game was called after the first period so the Martensville Arena staff could make some repairs to the ice. The score was 3-1 for Team White, with Brendan Gamblin, Keegan Allison and Marek Viedensky scoring for the leading team.
