Black Hawks Pick Zahn in Round 5

Congratulations to Teigan Zahn and the entire Zahn family on his being selected by the Chicago Black Hawks in the 5th Round (132nd Overall) in the 2008 NHL Entry Draft.

Zahn is coming off his 2^nd full season with the Saskatoon Blades in 2007/08. Zahn was ranked 151^st amongst North American born skaters in the NHL’s Central Scouting final rankings. Scored 1^st career WHL goal on December 12^th, 2007, an overtime winner, against the Regina Pats. Teigan wore an “A” as an Assistant Captain for the Blades in 2007/08 and will is a key member of the Blades blue line foundation heading into 2008/09.
