The Saskatoon Blades alumni program is led by Dave Struch who played with the Blades 1988-1992 and is still involved with the organization as the Alumni Coordinator.

“The Blades new alumni program gives us an opportunity to represent the Saskatoon Blades Organization and the Western Hockey League by giving back to the city of Saskatoon . Our goal is to build a strong Alumnus that will work within the community for the community to help benefit others,” says Struch. “As Alumni, we are an untapped resource and would like to be able to make a difference within a community which has given us so much.”

Alumni Mission Statement The Saskatoon Blades Alumni are committed to assisting with charitable causes within the Saskatoon Community. The objective of the Alumni as a nonprofit organization is:

1. To ensure the Education of current and past Saskatoon Blades players.
2. To be involved with charitable events and to be actively involved in the community in a positive way.
3. To protect and assist fellow Alumni. “Players Helping Players”.
