Blades Uncut: Episode 44 (Chase Wouters)

Former captain Chase Wouters continues to carve out an impressive hockey career as he begins his next chapter with the Vancouver Canucks organization.

The career-Blade, who graduated from the WHL last season, has linked up with the Abbotsford Canucks for training camp after playing one NHL preseason game for Vancouver.

He signed his first professional contract in July, three months after playing his final game in a Blades uniform.

Today, Wouters lives in Abbotsford and is attending his first American Hockey League training camp.

Mitch and Les welcome the former captain onto Blades Uncut for the third time, and discuss how his transition into professional hockey has gone, some of the finer moments from his days in junior, and what his future holds.

The guys also recap opening weekend and dive into some of the details of the Blades home-and-home split.
