FAQs

What COVID-19 protocols are in place?

We are following health protocols outlined by Saskatchewan Health officials and Government of Saskatchewan, which currently mandates mask-wearing in SaskTel Centre, proof of double vaccination or a verified negative COVID-19 test.

If I received my 2nd COVID-19 vaccination within the last 2 weeks, can I enter the arena?

As per Government guidelines, you must have received your 2nd COVID-19 vaccination 14 or more days prior to game day.

What will be accepted as proof of vaccination?

We will accept the physical vaccination card you received when you got your 1st and 2nd shot, SK Vax Wallet barcode, or a print out/screenshot of your vaccination record from your eHealth account.

I received my verified negative COVID test last week. Is it still valid?

As per Saskatchewan Health Authority guidelines, we required negative COVID tests to be administered and validated no more than 72 hours ahead of puck-drop.

Do my kids need to bring proof of vaccination or a negative test?

Children under the age of 12 are not required to bring vaccination proof or a negative test, however they must be accompanied by an adult who follows all health guidelines and protocols. Fans aged 12-17 are required to bring proof of vaccination, or a negative COVID test within 72 hours, but are not required to bring ID.

Will I need to show my vaccination proof every time I enter the arena?

We require everyone to show proof of vaccination to enter the arena unless you have signed up for our FastPass. Fans can stop by the Saskatoon Blades office Monday- Friday 9am-5pm and get set up for a FastPass. The pass will be $5 for the public and free of charge for Saskatoon Blades and Saskatchewan Rush Season Ticket Members. After showing photo ID and proof of COVID Vaccination, you will receive a verification card that will allow you quick access into the arena. Fast Pass holders will be able to use the express entrance at the Affinity Lobby at SaskTel Centre to ensure a quick and easy process.

Do I have to individually put each game into my wallet?

Yes, you will have to individually go into each game to add your tickets to your wallet.

What happens if my phone dies before I get into the game?

We encourage everyone to make sure their phones are charged up before they arrive. If this does occur, please go to the will-call desk and we will assist you.

Can I just take a screenshot of the barcode and send it to my friend?

No, our new mobile tickets are powered by a new and unique barcode that automatically refreshes every 15 seconds so it cannot be stolen or copied, keeping your tickets safe and secure. If you’d like to send your tickets to a friend, please follow the instructions in our transfer tickets video.

Can I still print my tickets at home?

Ticket printouts and screenshots will not be accepted at entry.

What if I don’t have access to the internet at the arena, will my ticket still work?

Yes! Once the ticket is added to your wallet, you will not require a data or wifi connection to access it.

How do I find my tickets?

  • Launch the Blades app
  • Navigate to Account Manager
  • Login to your account
  • Tap the game you wish to view your tickets for, add to your wallet and scan to get in.
