Blade City Fights Cancer

On Sunday, October 27th, the Saskatoon Blades invited fans onto the ice after the game. Fans and players joined together to paint the names of the loved ones they are fighting for, in the fight against Cancer.

During the game, $2,356.00 was raised for local cancer charities through the 50/50 draw and chuck-a-puck sales.

The Saskatoon Blades would like to thank everyone for their support in our annual Hockey Fights Cancer game.

Free posters of the painted ice will be available at the Frozen Pond for all Blades’ home games during November.
